Conference accompanying events
We invite to submitt a proposal of an accompanying event:
- A registration and organization of a special session during the conference. The proposal with a title "Special session proposal" should be submitted by e-mail to the conference e-mail address. The proposal should include the session title, short summary of the content, and the names of the organizers. The information about the session will be published on the conference webpage after acceptance.
- Presentation of a student's scientific organization related to control sciences and robotics. The exhibition stands will be made available to the organization for free. The proposal with a title "Student's scientific organization presentation" should be submitted by e-mail to the conference e-mail address. The proposal should include the organization name, short summary of the organization aim, and the names of contact persons.
- Presentation of results of PBL projects, related to control sciences and robotics. The exhibition stands will be made available for free for such presentation. The proposal with a title "PBL project presentation" should be submitted by e-mail to the conference e-mail address. The proposal should include the PBL project title, short summary, and the names of contact persons.
- Dissemination of research project results, especially the Horizon 2020 projects. The proposal with a title "Dissemination of research project results" should be submitted by e-mail to the conference e-mail address. The proposal should include a short information about the project, and the names of contact persons.
The following events will be organized during the conference:
- Special session within the framework of the European University EURECA-PRO.
- Session on information about the current programs of the European Commission and other agencies where you can apply for projects related to the subject of the conference, as well as a brokerage meeting related to this topic.
- Summer school for PhD students (details soon).
- Workshop "AGHdrive: a public large-scale dataset for autonomous driving focusing on the understanding of European street scenes", organized by: dr hab. inż. Paweł Skruch, prof. AGH , e-mail:
